Mahindra Quanto is powered by a three cylinder 1.Five litre twin-turbocharged CRDI Diesel engine mCR100 with peak power of one hundred BHP @ three thousand seven hundred fifty RPM and peak torque of two hundred forty Nm inbetween from one thousand six hundred to two thousand three hundred RPM. This engine is mated to a five speed manual transmission gearbox. This Quanto has a micro-hybrid embark stop system which helps the car achieve an exceptional mileage of 17.21 KMPL as tested by ARAI.The ground clearance is one hundred eighty mm which is higher than more puny cars in the price segment. It also has a petite turning radius of Five.Four meters.The Quanto gets 205/65 R15 alloys on the top end variants. This 1.Five Litre engine is world’s smallest engine with a twin-turbo technology and there are only some BMW cars in India which suggest twin-turbo technology.
