Grieving classmates said their school is “devastated” as they gathered to reminisce five “popular” youngsters who died in the horrendous smash on Saturday.

Fresh and improved car emissions tests become mandatory on one September

Brussels, thirty one August 2017

As of one September 2017, fresh car models will have to pass fresh and more reliable emissions tests in real driving conditions (“Real Driving Emissions” – RDE) as well as an improved laboratory test (“World Harmonised Light Vehicle Test Procedure” – WLTP) before they can be driven on European roads.
