Rental Rates

2017 Willow Springs International Motorsports Park Rental Rate Schedule: revised 12/20/2016

A. OPEN TESTING / TUNING (Willow Springs Raceway only – available Fridays only)

  1. Current W.S.I.R. membership required for drivers @ $75.00 per calendar year.
  2. Race-prepared vehicles only (excluding karts and drifting). Unlimited number of vehicles permitted.
  3. Reservations preferred. Notice of cancellation appreciated.
  4. No emergency personnel provided. No passengers permitted. Photography from spectator areas only.
  5. Fees are $75.00 per driver / $75.00 per vehicle / $Ten.00 per team member (any person over eight years old).

B. SEMI-EXCLUSIVE CIRCUIT RENTAL (Willow Springs Raceway or Streets of Willow Springs)

  1. Race-prepared vehicles for testing & tuning only. Limit of six drivers scheduled per day.
  2. Reservations required. Forty eight hour notice of cancellation mandatory.
  3. No emergency personnel provided. No passengers permitted – NO EXCEPTIONS. Photography from spectator areas only.
  4. Fees are $500.00 for very first car / driver, $150.00 per extra driver and $150.00 per extra vehicle (per team). FEES TO BE PAID IN ADVANCE AT TIME OF RESERVATION.

C. WILLOW SPRINGS RACEWAY (Two.5-mile road course)

  1. Reservations required. 50% confirmation deposit required. All deposits transferable, but not refundable.
  2. 7 days advance cancellation mandatory for all weekday events and sixty days` notice for any weekend events. A failure to obey may result in forfeiture of deposit.
  3. For testing and tuning purposes. Current W.S.I.R. membership for driver is acceptable.
  4. For all other uses such as commercial filming, rail and drives or production car development, a $Five million combined single limit certificate of insurance is required, listing required parties as “Willow Springs Raceway as extra insured” and date of event, unless insurance is a blanket policy.
  5. Off the hook Rental Fees: Weekdays (January through December) are $Three,250.00 per day or $Two,000.00 per half day. Weekends are $Four,500.00 per day.

D. STREETS OF WILLOW SPRINGS (1.8-mile road course and skid pad)

  1. Refer to Section C, items one through Four.
  2. Kart Testing: $100 per driver, $75 per Membership Card, $Ten per team.
  3. Anybody wanting to put water on the skid pad will pay $1000.00 extra per day.
  4. Special Rental Fees: Weekdays (year-round) are $Two,750.00 per day or $1,750.00 per half day. Weekends (year-round) are $Trio,500.00 per day.

E. Pony THIEF MILE (11 turn road course featuring major elevation switches, taut turns and canyon-like surroundings)

  1. Refer to Section C, items one through Four.
  2. Testing & Tune (including Drift Testing): Fully Race-Prepared Cars only. $175 per driver, $75 per one-time Universal Membership $Ten per squad.
  3. Off the hook Rental Fees: Weekdays/Weekends $ Two,000.00 per day / Half-day $ 1,200.00.

F. WILLOW SPRINGS KART TRACK (.675-mile sprint kart track)

  1. Refer to Section C, items one through Four.
  2. Off the hook Rental Fees: $750.00 per day and $500.00 half-day.
  3. Open Testing requires a current W.S.I.R. Membership. Drivers are $30 per day (including Karting Membership Card). Squad and/or visitors are $Ten each per day.

G. BALCONY AUTOCROSS

  1. Refer to Section C Items one through Four.
  2. Open Testing requires a current W.S.I.R. membership.

a. Kart Testers are $30.00 per day per driver ($75 per membership) and $Ten.00 per team.

b. Drift Testers are $125 per day per driver ($50 per membership) and $Ten.00 per team

H. SPEEDWAY WILLOW SPRINGS: (1/Four mile with walls oval)

  1. Refer to Section C, items one through Four.
  2. Open Testing: Race-Prepared Cars only. Rates: $50 per Membership, $125 per Drift Testing / $40 per other Driver, $Ten per team.
  3. Fees are $1,250.00 per day / $750 per half-day.

I. WALT JAMES STADIUM (Trio/8-mile high-banked mess oval)

  1. Refer to Section C, items one through Four.
  2. Open Testing: Fully Race-Prepared Cars only. Rates: $50 per Membership, $125 per Drift Testing / $40 per other Driver, $Ten per squad.
  3. Drift Testing: Fully Race-Prepared Cars only. Rates: $75 per Membership, $125 per Driver, $Ten per team.
  4. Off the hook Rental Fees are $1,250.00 per day. $750 per half-day.

J. MANUFACTURERS OFF-ROAD DEMONSTRATION AREAS

  1. Refer to Section C, items one through Four.
  2. Fees are $1,000.00 per day with rental of either road course.

K. VARIOUS DESGINATED AREAS (Pits, parking lots, access roads, etc.)

  1. Refer to Section C, items one through Four.
  2. Fees are $1,000.00 per day with Track Management discretion.

L. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL Sensational RENTALS

  1. A $Five million combined single limit certificate of insurance is required, listing required parties as “Willow Springs Raceway as Extra Insured” and date of event must be on certificate of insurance, unless it is a blanket policy.
